📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and zbz9 ("zbz9", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the zbz9 platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any other supported access method — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing zbz9 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. Acceptance is a prerequisite for all zbz9 services. zbz9 reserves the right to refuse service to any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who has previously been suspended or excluded from the platform.

📖 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the zbz9 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's zbz9 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited to an Account by zbz9.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own payment source and held in their zbz9 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the zbz9 website, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all associated services accessible at zbz9.io.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone used by the Platform for all scheduling, deadline, and timestamp purposes.

✅ 3. Eligibility

To register for and use the zbz9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zbz9 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly forbidden under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of zbz9 or any affiliated entity, unless express written consent has been granted by zbz9 management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other form of exclusion from zbz9 or a connected platform.
• You must not have had a previous zbz9 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

zbz9 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close an Account if any eligibility criterion is found to be unmet — whether at the time of registration or subsequently.

📝 4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) zbz9 Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your zbz9 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes. zbz9 is not responsible for any service disruption or Account-related issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

zbz9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require the submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by zbz9 may result in Account suspension.

🔐 5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your zbz9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorised person gains access to your Account.

zbz9 will treat all activity conducted from your Account as having been authorised by you. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested from your Account while logged in — regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally — are your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zbz9 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. zbz9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

💳 6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

zbz9 supports deposits via a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your zbz9 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. zbz9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which zbz9 bears no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by zbz9 to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the completion of identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds that have not been subject to bonus wagering requirements are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

zbz9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider. zbz9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the zbz9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). zbz9 does not hold or process funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider level is outside zbz9's control and is the Player's responsibility.

🎁 7. Bonuses & Promotions

zbz9 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programmes, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all zbz9 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. zbz9 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus Funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• zbz9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

🎲 8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on zbz9 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within the relevant game or market interface on the platform. By placing a bet or commencing a game session, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules.

zbz9 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) and live studio feeds from regulated international game studios to ensure the fairness and integrity of all game outcomes. zbz9 does not manipulate, alter, or predetermine any game result.

zbz9 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of a technical error, manifest error in odds or game configuration, or evidence of fraudulent activity. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on zbz9. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, player account status, and time period.

🚫 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbz9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the zbz9 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the zbz9 platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on zbz9.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated play intended to extract unfair value from the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using zbz9 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the zbz9 platform's technology infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zbz9 staff or other players through any communication channel.

⛔ 10. Account Suspension & Closure

zbz9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if zbz9 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in a prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

Upon permanent closure for breach of these Terms, zbz9 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance, including any Real Money Funds, where there is reasonable evidence that the Balance was generated through a prohibited activity. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as Player-initiated closure or Platform withdrawal from a market — any Real Money Funds held in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to identity verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their zbz9 Account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

🛡️ 11. Responsible Gaming

zbz9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within each Player's Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. zbz9 operates a strict 21+ only policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. zbz9 supports the use of parental controls and third-party software tools to prevent underage access to gambling content.

All content on the zbz9 platform — including but not limited to the zbz9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of zbz9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any zbz9 content without prior written consent from zbz9. Unauthorised use of zbz9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

⚖️ 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zbz9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the zbz9 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to unauthorised account access; interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues or maintenance; errors in odds, game results, or settlement that have been subsequently corrected; or losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.

zbz9 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zbz9 shall not be held responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications providers that affect the delivery of its services.

🔏 14. Privacy

zbz9 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. zbz9 does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

🔄 15. Amendments to These Terms

zbz9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zbz9 will notify Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published at zbz9.io/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the zbz9 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure by contacting support.

🌐 16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zbz9 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter. zbz9 operates the platform as a fair and transparent service and encourages all disputes to be raised through the formal support channel in the first instance.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or electronic commerce legislation in Bangladesh.
